From Classroom to Practice
These projects showcase how I’ve applied marketing concepts beyond the textbook through research, strategy, consumer analysis, and creative problem-solving. They represent the skills and perspectives I continue to build through my coursework.
International Marketing ~
Class Project
This group project was created for my International Marketing course and focused on developing a global market-entry strategy for Starbucks ready-to-drink coffee. We compared potential international markets, selected the Philippines, and developed a strategy focused on Gen Z and Millennial consumers. The project incorporated market research, cultural and economic analysis, target market selection, positioning, and the marketing mix to create a cohesive international marketing strategy.
Retail Marketing ~
Class Project
This group project was created for my Retail Marketing course and focused on evaluating the in-store customer experience and operations of a Target location in Vauxhall, New Jersey. Our team conducted store visits at different times and analyzed key areas including inventory, store layout, merchandising, customer service, pricing, checkout efficiency, and overall shopping experience. We compared our observations to identify patterns in store performance and developed recommendations for improving the customer experience, particularly during peak shopping periods.
Consumer Behavior ~
Class Project
This group project was created for my Consumer Behavior course and focused on developing marketing strategies around the behaviors, motivations, and needs of a defined target market. Our team identified busy adults and families ages 35–50 as our target audience and analyzed how factors such as convenience, technology, lifestyle, and purchasing motivations influence their decisions. We then applied consumer behavior concepts, such as framing, habit formation, personalization, loss aversion, and emotional triggers, to develop strategies for three products: the Kia EV9, Pantry Pulse, and YouTube TV. The project challenged us to connect consumer insights with practical marketing and promotional strategies designed around a shared consumer need.
